What Our Reviews Keep Saying in
October 11, 2026 — CrossFit Pukekohe
Spring has well and truly arrived in Pukekohe, and October is usually when people start thinking about getting moving again. So rather than tell you what we think we’re like, here’s what members have already said about us on Google. Our rating sits at 4.9 from 16 reviews. Read enough of them and the same few things keep coming up.
The community comes up first, every time
It’s the thing people lead with. “Moved to Pukekohe at the start of 2025 and Crossfit Pukekohe welcomed me to their community. A great example of what Crossfit is about and an amazing group of people to train with,” one member wrote in a Google review. Another put it this way: “The community and support here is like a second family. Love this place.” And another: “It becomes your family.”
We can’t manufacture that. It’s just what happens when the same people show up at the same time and get to know each other over a few hundred workouts.
Scaled to whoever walks in
The second thing reviewers mention is that the training meets you where you are. “Workouts are super fun and can be scaled to any ability,” one review says. “Wether your an elite Crossfitter or a newbie you will have a good time and great workout.” Another describes us as “The best fitness program in Pukekohe. Great for ALL ages.”
That matches how we run every class. A coach watches how you move and scales the workout to suit you, whatever your age, fitness level or experience. Our members range from total beginners to competitive athletes, training in the same room at the same time.
The coaching
Linda gets named directly. “An amazing community and owner Linda is the most dedicated and inspiring coach I ever had,” one member wrote. “Linda and her team of coaches are awesome!” says another.
One review captures what new people seem to feel most: “the CrossFit community here is the kind you wanna be around when you’re new to CrossFit and you’re not quite sure what you’re up to but you’ve always wanted to give it a go. No judgement passed, everyone is there to grind for themselves. The best ‘hype you up coaches’ who will push you to be your best everytime.”
Times that fit around life
The same reviewer notes: “There are a range of classes throughout the day which makes it flexibl…” — the review cuts off there, but the point stands. We run from 5am through to 7pm Monday to Friday, with the 5:15am crew at one end and evening classes at the other, plus CrossRocks on Saturdays. Kids and Teens classes run during the school term.
What to make of it
Sixteen reviews isn’t a huge number. It’s a Pukekohe gym, not a chain. But the themes are consistent enough to be worth something: people feel welcomed, the training gets adjusted to them, the coaching is personal, and the timetable works around jobs and kids.
One review does come with a warning: “Be aware, if you do a trial you’ll get hooked for sure.” Consider yourself told. The trial is free — no fees, no obligations. Book a Trial Class and find out whether the reviews are right. You can read more about us or look at membership options first if you’d rather.
